This return and exchange policy aims to outline the methods, deadlines, and fees for purchases made through the website www.lojanegrodoce.com, so in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the product, as well as cancel your order

Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated according to the weight and volume of the selected items, as well as the delivery region.
Delivery Time
The delivery period starts from the order payment confirmation date, sent to your registered email. There may be a discrepancy of up to 7 (seven) business days in delivery considering logistics and adverse and unforeseen situations. In case of exchanged product(s), the delivery period will be the same as the shipping period as informed by email.
Product Exchange
When receiving your order, check whether the merchandise exactly matches what you requested.

Exchange conditions:
Product exchanges will be accepted exclusively in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect (e.g.: incorrect quantity, damage to product packaging, broken seal, changes in quality such as mold).

Request Deadlines
The deadline is 3 (three) calendar days from receipt. Our products are classified as Bean To Bar and therefore do not use chemical additives and preservatives, which is why they are perishable.

When requesting the exchange, please provide a detailed description of the issue and attach photographs of the product that show the reported condition.

Product Conditions for Exchange
The exchange will only be processed after verifying the following conditions:
The product must not have been exposed directly to sunlight (it is essential that it has been stored at a temperature ranging from 10 to 20 degrees Celsius, in a dry and ventilated area).
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use or consumption, and accompanied by the Sales Invoice or DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice).

Replacement or Refund Options
Customers may choose from the following options:

Replacement with an identical or similar product, subject to stock availability. If the requested product for exchange is out of stock, we offer cancellation and a full refund. In case of product replacement, the delivery time will be the same as the one informed in the order, starting from the date the store receives the returned product.

Refund via credit card, processed according to the timeframe of the respective card network. Bank account refund within 7 days, if the payment was made via bank slip or bank transfer.
Product Withdrawal or Regret
If customers wish to cancel the purchase, they have the right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation.
Deadline for Cancellation

Product Return Conditions

It is essential that the product has been kept under proper storage conditions until they are returned, meaning it should not have been exposed directly to sunlight. It is essential that it has been kept at a temperature between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius, in a dry and ventilated place.
Refunds will only be made after these conditions have been verified.

Refund
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the case of credit card payments, the refund will be made according to the deadline of each card brand and will be displayed on the subsequent credit card bill.
For purchases made via bank slip or bank transfer, the deposit will be made to the cardholder's bank account within 7 business days.
Products with Short Expiration Dates
It will not be possible to cancel the purchase of products with a short expiration date that were bought with prior knowledge of this condition, such as items purchased at a discount or on promotion, after the expiration date.
